Report on Breeding Selection of an Auricularia auricular “Gaoyuanyuner 1”

'高原云耳1号'是从云南省香格里拉市金江镇野生黑木耳驯化育成的新品种.生育期短,开口到耳芽形成为7 d^10 d,出耳期较'黑29'提前7 d^13 d.子实体为单片单生,无根、大小适中,呈碗状或贝壳状,边缘圆整、厚、质地软,干耳背面灰色、腹面黑色、有光泽,正反面颜色差别大,耳脉不明显,适合作为干品或鲜品销售.

The“Gaoyuanyuner1”is a new variety which is domesticated from the wild Auricularia auricula growing in the jinjiang town,shangri-la city,yunnan province in China.It has the advantages of short growth period,7 d-10 d from opening to ear bud formation,which is 7 d-13 d earlier than the variety of“Hei29”.The fruiting body is single monolithic,rootless,moderate in size,in the shape of a bowl or a shell with round,thick and soft edges,gray on the back of the dry ear,black on the abdomen,shiny,with big color difference between the front and the back,and with the unconspicuous ear vein,making it very suitable for dry or fresh goods.
