摘要目的探讨给予孕早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)患者自拟健脾补肾养血安胎汤、左甲状腺素钠片治疗的临床效果.方法选择90例孕早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲减患者,根据治疗方法差异分组.对照组单纯采用左甲状腺素钠片,观察组则在对照组患者药物治疗的前提下给予自拟健脾补肾养血安胎汤联合治疗.比较效果.结果观察组各项指标优于对照组,P<0.05.观察组药物不良反应率和对照组无明显差异,P>0.05.结论左甲状腺素钠片联合自拟健脾补肾养血安胎汤治疗孕早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲减的应用效果确切.
