高血压合并阵发性房颤患者心脏超声临床特点分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨选择心脏超声技术对高血压伴有阵发性房颤患者实施检测后对阵发性房颤进展的评估作用.方法选择高血压伴有阵发性房颤患者90例作为实验观察组;单纯高血压疾病患者90例作为对照组;临床选择心脏超声技术对两组实验对象展开检测工作,最终就两组实验对象左室舒张末期内径、左房内径、室间隔/左室后壁以及E/A比值进行对比.结果同对照组单纯高血压病患者左室舒张末期内径以及室间隔/左室后壁厚度比较,观察组未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05);同对照组单纯高血压病患者E/A比值以及左房内径比较,观察组呈现出明显提升(P<0.05).结论检测人员选择心脏超声方法对高血压伴有阵发性房颤患者进行检测,此类患者E/A比值以及左房内径较单纯高血压病患者呈现出一定程度增加,从而证明高血压病患者在表现出左心房扩大后,会伴发阵发性房颤,进而提示高血压病患者血压水平一定程度升高后会对应出现心脏形态学重构的现象.
