急性肺栓塞溶栓前后的心电图对比研究

摘要 目的 探讨急性肺栓塞溶栓治疗前后心电图的特征及变化规律.方法 回顾性分析51例急性肺栓塞患者在溶栓治疗前后的心电图的特征及变化规律.结果 经过溶栓治疗,51例急性肺栓塞患者的心电图主要表现为窦性心律恢复、SI变浅、QRS波群电轴明显发生左移、SIQⅢTⅢ征消失、Tv1~v5及TⅢ倒置变浅或直立.结论 溶栓治疗能够显著改善急性肺栓塞患者的心电图异常指标,临床可根据患者心电图的改变,明确患者病情进展,及时有效制定合理化治疗方案,值得临床推广.
