This paper analyzes the list and report of 2019'Chinese Enterprises Top 500.The development of Chinese enterprises represented by Top 500 enterprises is showing five characteristics i.e.sustained and rapid growth in scale,continuous accumulation of innovation strength,reduction in corporate tax burden,and deleveraging effect emergence as well as steadily improved international status.However,due to the infl uence of trade,investment and technology suppression from the United States,some enterprises have been impacted in their development.In the new year,Chinese enterprises,especially large-scale enterprises,must face up to the diffi culties in development,actively respond to various challenges from both at home and abroad,adhere to innovation drive,promote transformation and upgrading,accelerate the transition to high-quality development,to win continuous and steady growth to further consolidate the foundation for stable macroeconomic growth.
