摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理干预在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果.方法:分析观察66例高血压脑出血患者,均通过电脑随机法进行分组,包括常规组、研究组两组,各33例.常规组行常规化护理,研究组行延续性护理干预.结果:研究组生活质量评分、NIHSS评分均优于常规组,组间差异显著(p<0.05).结论:通过延续性护理干预,可进一步提高患者生活质量,改善神经功能.值得在临床中借鉴、应用.
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:66 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed and analyzed by computer randomization method,including the conventional group and the research group,33 cases each.Routine care was performed in the routine group,and the study group continued the nursing intervention.Results:The quality of life score and NIHSS scores of the study group were superior to those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous care intervention can further improve patients’quality of life and improve neurological function.It is worth learning and applying in clinical practice.
