舒适护理干预普外科腹腔镜手术的临床疗效研究

目的:研究舒适护理干预普外科腹腔镜手术的临床疗效.方法:本次研究对象为本院2017年2月至2017年9月接治的50例腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为两组(25例一组).对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施舒适护理,观察最终的护理效果.结果:实验组患者的护理满意度优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将舒适护理应用于普外科腹腔镜手术中效果显著,有主意提高护理满意度,值得在临床推广.

objective:To study the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention on laparoscopic surgery in general surgery.Methods:From February 2017 to September 2017,50 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given comfortable nursing.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfortable nursing to laparoscopic surgery in general surgery has a remarkable effect,and has some suggestions to improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.Promotion.
