摘要
目的:对于肾病综合征患儿实施优质护理模式的成效进行观察.方法:本研究对象是120例肾病综合征患儿,划分成各具备60例的研究组(优质护理)以及参照组(常规护理),对比两组患儿的护理成效.结果:通过进行比较研究组和参照组患儿临床症状消失时间、总体治疗有效率、遵医行为率、复发率,研究组的优势均较显著,p<0.05.结论:予以肾病综合征患儿实施优质护理举措,可以明显的将护理服务质量水平提升,值得推广应用.
Objective:To observe the effect of implementing quality nursing mode in children with nephrotic syndrome.METHODS:The study included 120 children with nephrotic syndrome who were divided into 60 study groups(quality care)and a reference group(conventional care)to compare the care outcomes of the two groups.RESULTS:The clinical group's clinical symptoms disappeared,the overall treatment efficiency,the compliance rate,and the recurrence rate were significantly higher in the study group and the reference group,p<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of quality nursing measures for children with nephrotic syndrome can significantly improve the quality of nursing services and is worthy of promotion and application.
