加味桂枝芍药知母汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察被引量：4

摘要目的:观察加味桂枝芍药知母汤联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:选取类风湿性关节炎患者106例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各53例.对照组行常规西药治疗,在此基础上观察组联合加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗.观察两组疗效、生化指标及中医证候积分.结果:对照组总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组CRP、ESR、RF、中医证候积分较治疗前均降低,且观察组降低更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加味桂枝芍药知母汤联合西药治疗可有效改善类风湿性关节炎患者临床症状及各项生化指标,提高治疗效果.
