《中国药典》治疗跌打损伤中药及中成药组方规律分析

Analysis of Prescription Rules of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Patent Medicine in Treating Chinese Medicine in Chinese Pharmacopoeia

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)和Excel软件,归纳分析 《中国药典》(2015版)中以中医药治疗跌打损伤的组方规律.方法:统计 《中国药典》(2015版)中具有治疗跌打损伤的单味中药和中成药,筛选并建立方剂数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台软件和Excel软件挖掘其中的用药规律.结果:筛选治疗跌打损伤中成药方剂29首,涉及中药149种.方中活血化瘀、 消肿止痛药物出现频次最高,其中乳香-没药为出现频次最高的药物组合,占总方剂的51.7%.进而得到核心组合3个,新处方3首.结论:通过中医传承辅助平台和Excel软件对 《中国药典》(2015版)数据库筛选出的治疗跌打损伤的单味中药以及中成药组方进行分析,得出组方以活血化瘀、 消肿止痛为主,进而揭示其组方规律,为临床治疗提供理论基础.

Objective To summarize and analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)for the treatment of injury caused by stroke based on the software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(V2.5)and Excel.Methods The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)was used to analyze the single Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine for beating injury,and the prescription database was screened and established.Results 29 prescriptions for treating traumatic injuries were selected,involving 149 kinds of Chinese medicines.Among the prescriptions,the most frequent occurrences of the drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,swelling and pain relief were found,and the most frequent occurrences were frankincense-myrrh,accounting for 51.7%of the total prescriptions.3 core combinations and 3 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Through the analysis of the single Chinese medicine and the Chinese patent medicine prescriptions selected from the database of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)by the Chinese Heritage Inheritance Assistant Platform and Excel software,it is concluded that the prescriptions are mainly promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,relieving swelling and relieving pain,thus revealing the law of the prescriptions and providing theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
