摘要 目的:通过 《中医药膳学》 慕课的建设与运行,探讨在线课程教学改革探索.方法:《中医药膳学》 慕课建设主要包括教学视频、 作业、 测验、 讨论、 期末考试五项内容.建设完成后经过调试运行,针对500名学生开放选修,并且在课程结束时进行教学效果评价.结果:共有413名学生参加了期末考试.最终370名学生通过 《药膳学》 慕课的考核,获得选修课学分.结论:通过 《中医药膳学》 慕课的建设与运行,教学效果良好,可进一步推广应用. Objective Through the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food to learn lesson for the construction and operation,to explore online course teaching reform.Methods The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food to learn lesson for construction mainly includes the teaching video,homework,tests,five contents of discussion,the final exam.Construction after the completion of the debugging and running,after open 500 students this semester for college courses,and at the end of the course teaching effect evaluation.Results A total of 413 students took part in the final exam.Eventually 370 students through the medicinal food learn lesson for examination,obtain elective credits.Conclusion Through the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food to learn lesson for the construction and operation,the teaching effect is good,can be further applied to the public.
