摘要
单一的表面活性剂难以满足低压、低渗、高温、高盐等储层的助排需求,利用不同表面活性剂的协同效应原理,将自制的Gemini型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和氟碳表面活性剂按6:2:0.1比例复配形成多元协同助排剂GF-S1.GF-S1具有起泡能力强、稳泡性能好、表界面张力低、耐温抗盐性能好,与压裂液、酸液体系配伍性好等优点.GF-S1先后在川渝高温、高盐井和苏里格低压、低渗区块现场应用取得成功,应用效果优于大部分同类产品.
A single surfactant is difficult to meet the fracturing cleanup needs of low pressure,low permeability,high temperature,high salt reservoirs.Based on the synergistic effects principle of different surfactants,the self-made Gemini surfactant,non-ionic surfactant and fluorocarbon surfactant were compounded at a ratio of 6∶2∶0.1 to form a multivariate synergistic cleanup additive GF-S1.GF-S1 has the advantages of strong foaming ability,good foam stability,low surface tension and interfacial tension,good temperature and salt tolerance,and good compatibility with fracturing fluid and acid fluid system.GF-S1 has been successfully applied in high temperature wells and high salt wells in Sichuan and Chongqing,low pressure and low permeability reservoirs in Sulige,and its application effects are better than that of most similar products.
