摘要
文章主要是通过试验对比不同线圈参数、铜点干扰、电介质厚度、阻焊层、测量频率等因素下的电感值变化情况,从而找出电感类板件在PCB设计及制造过程中的主要影响因素,提高该类板件的加工可靠性控制.
This paper mainly compared the different circuit parameters,copper points interference,dielectric and solder mask thickness.test frequencies to the effects of inductance value.And then it intended to find out the main influencing factors in the design and manufacturing process of the Inductance PCB.and how to improve its production reliability control.
