摘要
文章针对PTFE覆盖膜的天线板加工工艺进行研究,通过工艺流程优化及图形优化改善覆盖膜与芯板之间的对位问题,通过不同缓冲材料及压合参数DOE实验解决了覆盖膜与芯板线条边缘树脂空洞问题.
The antenna plate processing technology of PTFE film was studied through process optimization and graph optimization problem between film,which improved the alignment of the DOE core board through the experiments of different buffer materials to solve the cover layer and the core plate line edge resin hole problem.
