文章以TACONIC公司推出的TC-350板材为研究基础,探讨了PTFE板材制作的PCB在化学银后产生毛刺短路的原因,并对PTFE板材PCB在化学银前的运输方式、前处理方式、化学银流程关键参数的试验模拟,最终提出了PTFE板材PCB化学银毛刺短路的改善方法.

In this paper,by taking TC-350 sheet produced by TACONIC company as the research foundation,it discusses the reasons of PTFE plate making PCB burrs in short after chemical silver,and silver in the simulation of the test before the mode of transport,chemical pretreatment,chemical process of silver key parameters of PTFE plate PCB.It finally puts forward the methods to improve the PTFE sheet PCB chemical silver short burr.
