摘要
降低信号的传输损耗对于保证高速PCB的电气性能至关重要,文章采用矢量网络分析仪分析了高速板材、铜箔类型、玻纤布类型、阻焊油墨、粗化药水、表面处理工艺等材料及加工工艺的选择对高速PCB的损耗性能的影响强弱,探讨了如何降低高速PCB的插入损耗,可为高速PCB的选材和加工工艺设计提供参考.
The signal loss is one of the key concerns for the electrical performance of high—speed PCB.To analyze the influence of materials and processing technologies on the loss performance of high-speed PCB,a comprehensive study of high—speed copper clad laminates,copper foils,fiberglass clothes,solder mask inks,coarsening potions and surface treatments on the loss characteristics was conducted,and how to reduce the insertion loss was investigated,which could provide references for the selection of materials and processing technologies in high—speed PCB.
