标本不同放置时间对血小板功能检测仪PL-11结果的影响

摘要 目的 探讨标本不同放置时间对血小板功能检测仪PL-11结果的影响.方法 选取在我院接受治疗的冠心病患者30例,患者均以药物氯吡格雷进行治疗,并将其设为观察组.同期选取30例健康体检者作为对照组.抽取患者肘静脉枸橼酸钠抗凝全血,以血小板功能检测仪PL-11在采血后2、4、8h对不同血小板活化诱导剂诱导的血小板聚集率进行分析.结果 就对照组患者而言,以花生四烯酸作为诱导剂时,血小板的聚集功能受到明显影响.以二磷酸腺苷作为诱导剂时,自4h后开始,血小板的聚集率开始下降.就观察组患者而言,AA诱导的血小板聚集率在各个检测时间点比较无明显差异性(P>0.05).而ADP诱导的血小板聚集率自4h开始出现降低情况.Col诱导的血小板聚集率自8h开始出现降低.结论 根据采集血液标本后预计的测定时间,可选择不同的诱导剂,以减小对于检测结果的影响.
