出院定期随访对冠脉支架置入术后患者遵医行为影响的探讨

To investigate the discharge of regular follow-up of coronary stenting compliance of patients affected

目的:探讨出院定期随访对冠脉支架置入术后患者遵从医嘱行为的影响。方法将冠脉支架置入术后已出院的60例病人按出院的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察小组的患者在出院后1个月、3个月、6个月和12个月时分别进行电话回访,并对患者现在的健康问题给予有效指导;而对照小组的患者在出院后12个月时进行1次电话回访,对两组病人出院后12个月遵从医嘱行为情况进行比较。结果观察小组病人的遵医行为比对照组明显提高。结论出院定期随访对冠状动脉支架置入术后病人的遵医行为起到了积极的有效的指导作用。定期随访提高了病人服药主动性和自觉性,促进使病人加强有氧运动,促使病人积极的改掉生活中坏习惯。

Objective To study the ellects regular follow-up after coronary intervention according to the influence of the medical behavior. Methods 60 patients were discharged from hospital after coronary stent implantation order according to the date of ellects were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases each.Observation group of patients in the hospital after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months for four times return visit,and the problems to give guidance and advice;Control group patients in the 12 months after ellects one telephone pays a return visit.Compare two groups of patients discharged from hospital after 12 months according to the medical behavior.Results Two groups of patients discharged from hospital after 12 months according to the medical behavior,observation group of patients according to the medical behavior than the control group obviously improved.Conclusion The hospital regular follow-up of patients after coronary stent implantation.
