舒适护理对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者生活质量的影响

The effect of comfortable care on the quality of life in the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis

目的:探讨舒适护理对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将94例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例。两组给予相同的药物治疗,实验组采用舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组患者不同护理方式前后生活质量评分。结果舒适护理后试验组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可明显改善提高面部激素依赖性皮炎患者生活质量。

Objective To invesgate the effects of comfortable care on the quality of life in the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.All patients received the same treatment,the experimental group received comfortable care,the control group received normal care. the quality of life was analyzed before and after care.Results The scores of the quality of life of the experimental group were significant higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable care could improve the quality of life in facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis patients.
