妇科内分泌科门诊开展药学咨询和患者教育的必要性

The necessity to carry out gynecological endocrinology outpatient pharmacy counseling and patient education

目的:分析患者教育、药学咨询应用于妇科、内分泌科门诊的必要性。方法选取我院妇科内分泌科门诊在2013年4月至2014年4月开展患者教育和药学咨询的200例患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料、药学咨询记录进行回顾性分析。结果患者在药学咨询内容方面,咨询用量用法者最多,占32.5%,其次为不良反应、药物成分,分别为12.0%、11.0%;其他咨询内容还包括药物替代、药物价格、用药注意事项、配伍应用等。结论在妇科内分泌科门诊中开展患者教育、药学咨询对于提高临床用药合理性,改善病人用药依从性具有重大意义。

Objective To analyze patient education,pharmacy consulting used in gynecology,endocrinology clinic necessity.Methods Gynecological endocrinology outpatient hospital in April 2013 to April 2014 to carry out patient education and counseling pharmacy 200 patients for the study,clinical data,pharmacy counseling records were retrospectively analyzed.Results Patients in pharmacy consulting content,consulting a maximum amount of usage,accounting for 32.5%,followed by adverse reactions, drug ingredients,respectively 12.0%, 11.0%;other advisory also includes drug substitution,drug prices,drug precautions,compatibility of applications.Conclusion The conduct patient education in gynecological endocrinology clinic,pharmacy consulting compliance is of great significance for improving the rationality of clinical medicine,improve patient medication.
