新生儿黄疸蓝光的临床治疗效果观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice Blu Ray

目的:观察和分析对新生儿黄疸采取蓝光治疗的临床疗效及价值。方法选取2012年09月-2013年07月间在我院接受治疗的40例黄疸患儿为研究对象,采取数字标记法分为观察组(20例)和对照组(20例),对照组采用药物治疗,观察组患儿在药物治疗的基础上给予蓝光治疗;观察两组患儿治疗前后血清指标变化情况及临床治疗效果。结果观察组20例患儿总治疗有效率95.0%显著高于对照组20例患儿总治疗有效率65.0%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后,观察组20例患儿TBIL、IBIL、DBIL等血清指标检测结果明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果显著,有助于患儿临床症状的改善,且操作简单,经济实用,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To observe and analysis the clinical effect and value to phototherapy for neonatal jaundice.Methods from 2012 years 09 months to 2013 years07 months in our hospital 40 cases of jaundice as the research object,adoptdigital markers were divided into the observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases),control group with drug treatment,observation group on the basis of drug treatment for Blu ray treatment;observe the change of serumindex before and after treatment in two groups of children and clinical therapeutic effect.Results the effective rate of 95%was significantly higher than the control 65%of the total effective rate of treatment group 20 cases total 20 cases of treatment group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;after the treatment,the observation group of 20 cases of children with TBIL,IBIL,DBIL serum markers detection results significantly better than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(comparison P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of blue light in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,contribute to the clinical symptoms were improved,and the operation is simple,economical and practical,is worth the clinical promotion and application.
