粘连性肠梗阻大多为获得型,常见的是腹部术后所致。单纯性粘连性肠梗阻多采用保守治疗,绞窄性肠梗阻多采用手术治疗;护理配合极为重要,首先做好禁食、胃肠减压;给予补液,保持水、电解质、酸碱平衡;适当活动,有利于机体和胃肠道功能的恢复。
