2型糖尿病肾病病人的 C-反应蛋白变化

Changes of C-reactive Protein in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要 目的:为了解 C-反应蛋白在糖尿病肾病病人中的变化,以帮助观测糖尿病肾病的方法,达到早期治疗的目的。方法选取2009年2月-2012年8月在我院住院的糖尿病患者28例,根据24小时尿白蛋白(MAU)划分为2组,单纯糖尿病组(MAU<30mg/24h)16例,糖尿病肾病组(MAU>30mg/24h)12例,另选13例同期健康体检者作为对照组。分别测定以上患者的 C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肌酐(Cr)、24h 尿白蛋白。结果单纯糖尿病组、糖尿病肾病组的 CRP、Cr 水平显著升高(P<0.01),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随 MAU 增加而升高;患者中,CRP 与 Cr 呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病肾病患者,C-反应蛋白、肌酐较正常人群升高,且随着肾病的加重,以上指标也呈上升趋势,对 C-反应蛋白的监测,可能对糖尿病肾病有观测价值。 Objective To change the solution of C-reactive protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and observe the ilniss,and achieve the treatment purpose.Methods Determination of level of plasma C-reactive protein(CRP),creatinine(Cr),24h urinary albumin.28 diabetic patients hospitalized patients from 2009 February to 2012 Aust,according to a 24 hour urinary albumin(MAU)were divided into 2 groupssimple diabetic group MAU<30mg/24h)in 16 cases,diabetic nephropathy group MAU>30mg/4h)in 12 cases,another 13 cases of healthy volunteers as control group.Results The simple diabetic group,diabetic nephropathy group,the CRP and Cr level were significantly increased(P<0.01),compared with the control group,the difference was stistically sigificant(P<0.01),and with the MAU increasing;patients,CRP was positively correlated with Cr(P<0.05).Conclusion C-reactive protein and creatinine in the patients with diabetic nephropathy increased compared to the normal populatio,and w ith nephropathy increased,the above index also showed an upward trend,monitoring ofC-reactive protein,may have the observation value on diabetic nephropathy.
