颅脑 CT 的临床应用及 CT 片分析

The Clinical Application of Craniocerebral CT and CT Slice Analysis

目的:探讨颅脑 CT 的临床应用及 CT 片分析结果。方法本次医学研究以我院2011年1月至2013年1月之间收治的60例颅脑损伤患者为观察对象。结果首次 CT 检查灵敏性为66.67%,根据患者病情改变实施多次 CT 复查,结果证实,随着患者发病时间的推移,部分首次颅脑 CT 检查阴性患者会转为阳性表现。结论颅脑 CT 是一种较为准确的颅脑损伤临床检查方法,能够对患者病情变化进行实时监测,但对于疑似颈髓损伤的患者,需实施 MRI 检查。

Objective To explore the clinical application of craniocerebral CT and CT slice analysis results.Methods The medical research in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 between 60 patients with craniocerebral injury were treated as the observation object.Results CT examination sensitivity was 66.67%for the first time,according to patients condition change implementation of CT check for many times,the results confimned that with the passage of time the patient is sick some patients with craniocerebral CT examination for the first time the negative into a positive performance.Conclusion Craniocerebral CT is a more accurate craniocerebral injury clinical examination method,can carry on the realtime monitoring of the patient condition changes,but for the suspected patients with cervical spinal injury,need to implement the MRI.
