结核杆菌引起的慢性肺部感染称之为肺结核,患者多体弱、正气亏耗,痨虫乘虚而入所致.目前肺结核的治疗方法较多,疗效不一,笔者在西医用药治疗的基础上,采用中药汤剂辅佐,取得了可喜的临床效果.同时做好护理管理工作,降低传播感染几率;做好患者及家属的健康宣教.
