目的 建立八味黄连跌打水中黄连的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄连进行定性鉴别.结果 薄层色谱法可鉴别出处方中的黄连.结论 该方法专属性强、重现性好,可用于八味黄连跌打水的质量控制.

Objective To establish TLC method for the determination of Coptidis riuzoma of Bawei huanglian dieda shui.Methods The TLC method was used to Coptidis rhizome in the prescription of Bawei huanglian dieda shui.Results Coptidis rhizome in the prescription could be identified by the TLC method.Conclusion This TLC method has strong specificity and good reproducibility,which can be used tor the quality control of Bawei huanglian dieda shui.
