摘要
目的:通过护理安全流程演练全面提高新进护士识别、处理、防范安全风险的能力。方法根据科室自身特点,制定完善的护理安全项目及流程,设定科室特殊的模拟场景,组织护理人员进行培训和演练。结果新进护士对护理安全风险识别的能力得到了提高。结论通过护理安全流程演练,可以提高新进护理人员对护理安全风险的识别、处理和防范能力。
