急诊内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床护理观察

To Observe The Clinical Nursing Emergency Internal Fixation For The Treatment Of Open Fracture Of Tibia And Fibula

目的:探究分析对胫腓骨开放性骨折患者给予内固定治疗的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2012年2月-2013年2月收治的40例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者作为临床研究对象,所有患者均给予内固定治疗,并给予围术期护理。结果对40例胫腓骨骨折患者给予内固定治疗的同时,给予术前、术后护理,所有患者痊愈出院。随访一年,所有患者愈合良好,无出现1例并发症。结论对胫腓骨开放性骨折患者采取内固定治疗时,给予术前、术后护理,能够有效增强治疗效果,提高护理有效率,值得推广应用。

Objective Analysis of clinical nursing effect of open fractures of tibia and fibula were treated with internal fixation for the treatment of inquiry to abstract.Methods In our hospital in 2012 February-2013 year in February 40 cases of open fractures of tibia and fibula were asaclinical study,all patients were treated with internal fixation,and give the perioperative nursing care.Results Oftreatment of 40 cases of patients were given at the same time internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula,given the preoperative and postoperative nursing,all the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital.One year of follow-up,all patients healed well,no com plications occurred in 1 patients.Conclusion For open tibial fracture with internal fixation for the treatment of time,given the preoperative and postoperative nursing,can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,im prove nursing efficiency,and is worthy of popularization and application.
