依拉达奉结合高压氧对急性CO中毒临床疗效分析

摘要 目的 探讨依拉达奉结合高压氧对急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒的临床疗效.方法 将本组46例急性CO中毒患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=23)和治疗组(n=23);对照组给予高压氧治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉注射液;两组治疗均以12d为一个疗程,观察两组患者的疗效.结果 治疗组治疗后总有效率(95.65%)明显高于对照组总有效率(65.22%),且有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后不良反应率低于对照组,但差异统计无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论 依拉达奉结合高压氧对急性CO中毒疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.
