2011 Linze County 19 Cases of Measles Epidemiology

目的 掌握张掖市临泽县近年来麻疹流行发病规律,年龄分布、性别分布、城乡分布,为控制麻疹流行制定防控依据.方法 根据大疫情网络报告系统对麻疹作统计分析(NNDR).结果 报告的19例麻疹病例,其中;农村16例,城镇3例、发病率分别为84.2%、15.8%(P<0.5)男性13例,女性6例,68.4%、31.6%.(P<0.5).≤1岁年龄、≥30岁成年,病例人数和发病率,分别为17例、2例,89.5%、10.5%.结论 麻疹发病向小于8月龄,大于15岁两极移动,农村发病率大于与城镇.

Objective Master the zhangye linze measles prevalence regularity in recent years,age,gender,urban and rural distribution,basis for controlling measles epidemic prevention and contr01.Method According to the large network report system make statistical analysis on the measles epidemic(NNDR).Result Report 19 cases ofmeasles cases,among them;Rural 16 cases,town(3 cases),incidence ofa disease are 84.2%and 84.2%respectively(P<0.5),including 13 cases ofmale,female 6 cases,68.4%,31.6%.(P<0.5).1 age,at the age of30 or more or less adult,the number of cases and the incidence of a disease,17 cases,2 cases respectively,89.5%,10.5%.Conclusion Measles incidence to less than 8 months old.more than 1 5 years old poles move with greater incidence in rural towns.
