阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的价值比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Vaginal B ultrasound and Abdominal B ultrasound Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的 通过探讨阴道B超和腹部B超在诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值,旨在为提高异位妊娠诊断的准确率.方法 选择2013年1月-2014年1月疑似异位妊娠的患者178例,随机平均分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予患者阴道B超检查,对照组给予腹部B超诊断,并结合手术病理比对统计诊断准确率、误诊率、特异度和灵敏度.结果 观察组诊断准确率为96.63%、误诊率为2.25%、特异性为37.9%、灵敏性为94.3%,观察组显著优于对照组,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义.结论 应用阴道B超诊断异位妊娠准确性、敏感性及特异性更高.

Objective To explore the value of vaginal ul订asonography in ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.Methods Choose 1 78 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients,randomly divided into research group and the control group on average,the team with vaginal ultrasound examination,give patients in the control group given abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,and combined with surgical pathology than statistical diagnosis accuracy rate,misdiagnosis rate,speciality rate and sensitivity.Results Team diagnostic accuracy for 96.63%.the misdiagnosis was 2.25%,specificity of 37.9%,the sensitivity was 94.3%,and group was significantly better than control group.P<0.05 difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Application ofvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis ofectopic pregnancy accuracy,higher sensitivity and specificity.
