新时代中央文献翻译术语日译解析——以2018年两会报告为例

中国特色社会主义已经进入了新时代,各领域都取得了辉煌的成就.作为翻译工作者,我也体会到了中央文献翻译的一些新变化,比如缩略术语的增多、 科技方面的新词层出不穷,还有很多独具中国特色的概念很难找到对等的表达,这些都是翻译工作的难点.我们发挥了国家团队翻译的优势,在初译、 改稿、 核稿、 定稿等各个环节严格把关,再加上外国专家的智慧,形成了较为成熟的译文.由于两会报告翻译时间紧任务重,译文必然存在一些不足之处,但是它作为我们的翻译成果,极具时代特色,我认为有必要向学界和日语翻译爱好者推广普及.

The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Great achievements have been made in all fields.New changes have occurred in the translation of CPC documents.The abbreviation of terms is becoming popular;the new high-tech words are emerging one after another and equivalents for many Chinese unique concepts cannot be found in another language.These are the major difficulties in translation.As a national translation team,we gave play to our advantages by guaranteeing the quality of the draft translation,revision and the final version.And with the aid of foreign experts,we worked out a comparatively good translation.Because of the pressing time and arduous task,there remained some weak points in our translation of the CPC documents.But as our translation embodies the characteristics of the times,we think it is necessary to make it known to the research circle and translation learners.
