摘要
本研究聚焦探讨经典汉译小说所塑造的女性形象对高校女性教师的影响,并试图了解高校女性教师在其影响下的自我认知及其汉译小说阅读现状.本研究综合采用问卷调查法、 个案访谈法和分析法,从收集到的有效数据中分析发现:其一,经典汉译小说所塑造的女性形象对高校女性教师的个人价值观和人生观,尤其是个人成长、 家庭生活和工作事业等方面有着较大影响;其二,经典汉译小说女性形象对高校女性教师自我认同具有标杆作用、 引领作用、 对比作用和复制作用;其三,绝大多数高校女性教师自我认同心理在一定程度上受到了其所阅读过的汉译小说中女性形象的影响,包括择偶标准、 交友标准在内的诸多方面.此外,本研究根据收集到的有效问卷数据发现:当前近一半的高校女性教师由于工作、家庭等方面的压力而不具备良好的阅读环境或条件,目前其阅读汉译小说的情况不甚理想.
This article focuses on the influences of woman images created in the Chinese translation of classic English novels on university female teachers.The status quo of their cognition and novel reading based on the influences is also discussed.In this study,questionnaires,case interviews and text analysis are used to synthesise the data.Preliminary findings are as follows:(1)Woman images created in the Chinese translation of classic novels have had a great influence on the personal values and outlook of university female teachers in China,especially on their personal growth,family life,and career;(2)Woman images of Chinese translation of classic novels have benchmarking,leading,duplicating effects,and exemplify the self-identity recognition of university female teachers;(3)The self-identity psychology of most university female teachers is influenced to some extent by the female images of Chinese translation of novels they’ve read.The influence includes the criteria for choosing spouses and making friends.In addition,according to the valid questionnaire data,nearly half of university female teachers do not have a good reading environment or nice reading conditions,due to pressures from working,family,etc.Currently,the status quo of reading Chinese translation of classic novels is far from being ideal.
