摘要
目的 探讨急诊护士心理弹性、应对方式与职业认同感之间的关系.方法 采用心理弹性量表、应对方式量表及职业认同感量表对温州市两所三甲医院1 65名急诊护士进行调查.结果 心理弹性与职业认同感呈正相关,积极应对方式与职业认同感呈正相关,消极应对方式与职业认同感呈负相关,应对方式在急诊护士心理弹性与职业认同感之间起到中介效应.结论 急诊护士心理弹性可直接又可通过应对方式间接影响护士职业认同感.
Objective To explore the relationship between the psychological resilience,coping styles and professional identity among emergency nurses.Methods A total of 165 emergency nurses from two 3 A grade hospitals were investigated by psychological resilience scale,coping style scale and professional identity scale.Results We observed positive correlations between psychological resilience and professional identity,between positive coping style,and also a negative correlation between negative coping style and professional identity.The coping style was a mediator between psychological resilience and professional identity in emergency nurses.Conclusion The psychological resilience had both direct and indirect effect through coping style on professional identity among emergency nurses.
