摘要
目的 探讨模糊数学理论在医学生心理综合素质评价中的应用.方法 随机选取在浙江医院见习和实习的80名医学本科生进行问卷调查,采用模糊综合评价法对医学生心理综合素质进行评价.结果 通过将综合评价所得的四个数据(0.2497,0.2689,0.2702,0.2112)与预先设定的评价集对应,根据最大隶属度原则,得出医学生心理综合素质为良好.定量分析表明,24.97%的医学生心理综合素质需要调整,心理综合素质一般者占26.89%,良好者占27.02%,优秀者占21.12%.结论 模糊综合评价法采用定量的方法,将定性的指标统一量化处理,提高了评价的科学性和合理性,根据评价中建立的指标体系可以轻易识别每项指标所匹配的数值,为针对性提高医学生心理综合素质提供判别的依据,提高决策的科学性和正确性,该评价法具有较强的实用性,为客观地进行医学生心理综合素质评价提供了新的方法和思路.
Objective To explore the effect of fuzzy theory on the evaluation of medical students’ comprehensive psychological status. Methods A total of 80 medical undergraduate internship at Zhejiang Hospital were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey. We then used fuzzy theory to evaluate comprehensive psychological status of medical students. Results According to the principle of maximal membership, the comprehensive psychological status of medical students was considered good by matching the four figures(0.2497, 0.2689, 0.2702, 0.2112) obtained from the comprehensive evaluation with the pre-set evaluation criteria. Quantitative analysis showed that 24.97% of the medical students need to adjust their comprehensive psychological status, 26.89% were at average level, 27.02% were at fair level, and 21.12% were at good level. Conclusion The fuzzy theory-based evaluation method adopts a quantitative method and quantifies the indicators to improve the accuracy and rationality of evaluation. According to the index system established in the evaluation, the matching value of each index can be easily identified, which provides a basis for judging the comprehensive psychological status of medical students, to further improve the scientificity and correctness of decision-making. The evaluation method has strong practicability. It provides a new method and idea for the objective evaluation of the comprehensive quality of medical students.
