86例小儿支原体肺炎X线特征与临床特点的分析

Analysis of X-ray and clinical features of 186 children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的X表现与临床特点.方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月在本院就诊的86例小儿肺炎支原体患者作为本次研究对象.从中将基本资料包括住院号、性别、年龄、病史、入院时的临床症状、X先检测报告等进行记录.结果:X线异常位置:单侧所占比率最大(76.74%,其中右肺下叶所占比率最高(70.93,显著高于其他位置,其他位置之间无差异性(P>0.05);单侧所占比率最大(76.74%,其中右肺下叶所占比率最高(70.93,显著高于其他位置,其他位置之间无差异性(P>0.05);小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的X线表现主要分成4种表现型,即间质型、肺门周围型、肺泡浸润型、混合型.其中间质型最多(76.74%),显著高于其他三种(P<0.05);且各型的临床表现包括咳嗽、咯痰、发热、咽痛、头痛等无差异性(P<0.05).结论:小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的X线表现比较明显,结合临床症状可提高临床诊断.

Objective To investigate the X-ray manifestations and clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 86 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The basic data including hospitalization number,sex,age,medical history,clinical symptoms at admission and X-ray test report were recorded.Result The proportion of X-ray abnormal location was the largest(76.74%).The proportion of right lower lobe was the highest(70.93,significantly higher than that of other locations,but there was no difference between other locations(P>0.05);the proportion of unilateral location was the largest(76.74%),and the proportion of right lower lobe was the highest(70.93,significantly higher than that of other locations,with no difference between other locations(P>0.05).The X-ray manifestations of systemic pneumonia can be divided into four types:interstitial type,perihilar type,alveolar infiltration type and mixed type.The stromal type was the most(76.74%)and was significantly higher than the other three types(P<0.05),and the clinical manifestations of each type including cough,sputum,fever,pharyngalgia,headache had no difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The X-ray manifestations of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children are obvious,and clinical diagnosis can be improved by combining clinical symptoms.
