胃肠超声充盈法对胃十二指肠疾病的诊断效果分析

Analysis of the diagnostic effect of gastrointestinal ultrasound for gastroduodenal diseases

目的:研究胃肠超声充盈法对胃十二指肠疾病诊断效果.方法:选取胃十二指肠患者56例用胃肠超声充盈法进行检查,并对比和纤维胃镜检测结果有无不同.结果:胃肠超声充盈法对胃十二指肠疾病的诊断和纤维胃镜检查结果无统计学差异,P>0.05.结论:利用胃肠超声充盈法胃十二指肠疾病诊断效果准确率较高,值得推广.

Objective To study the effect of gastrointestinal ultrasound filling method in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases.Methods 56 patients with gastroduodenum were selected and examined by gastrointestinal ultrasound,and the results were compared with those of fibergastroscopy.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases and the results of fibergastroscopy by gastrointestinal ultrasound(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases by gastrointestinal ultrasound is accurate and worth popularizing.
