Application value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal vasa previa

目的:探讨产前超声在诊断胎儿前置血管中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年9月在我院住院分娩且最终产后确诊为前置血管的12例患者的产前超声图像特征.结果:在产后确诊的12例前置血管中,产前超声检出10例,漏诊2例,检出率为83%.结论:产前超声是胎儿前置血管的重要检查方法,可以指导临床选择正确处理方式,避免不良妊娠结局,大大减低围生儿死亡率.

Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal vasa previa.Methods The prenatal ultrasound features of 12 patients who were hospitalized and delivered in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2018 and finally diagnosed as vasa previa were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 12 cases of vasa previa,10 cases were detected by prenatal ultrasound and 2 cases were missed,the detection rate was 83%.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound is an important method to diagnosis fetal vasa previa,which can guide clinical selection of correct treatment,avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes and greatly reduce perinatal mortality.
