摘要
甲状腺癌是在临床的内分泌肿瘤疾病中较为常见和发病率较高的一种,在病情发病早期,如果能够及时的鉴别和确切的诊断对于后期的治疗有着很重要的意义,同时,还可以为今后的治疗提供出非常有利的参考依据,能够使得疾病的控制得到很大的帮助.对于甲状腺疾病的检查主要就是通过超声检查,通过影像学技术去观察病情发展的状况.其中影像学技术主要就包括了三种,它们分别是:二维超声和超声弹性成像还有超声造影.本文所要阐述的主要内容就是有关于超声诊断在甲状腺癌的诊断中的应用进行简要的讲述,讲述的过程主要从超声技术的三种常见技术的特点以及优势进行展开讨论.
Thyroid carcinoma is more common in endocrine tumor diseases and has a high incidence.In the early stage of onset,if we can distinguish and diagnose in time,it is of great significance for the later treatment.Thyroid disease is mainly through ultrasound examination,through imaging technology to observe the development of the disease.Among them,imaging technology mainly includes:two-dimensional ultrasound;ultrasonic elastic imaging;and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma is reviewed in this paper.
