儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的神经影像学研究进展

摘要 儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是指在睡眠过程中频繁发生部分或全部上气道阻塞,扰乱儿童正常睡眠结构,而引起一系列病理生理变化的临床综合征,并造成认知功能障碍、发育缓慢等严重并发症.随着神经影像学技术的快速发展,越来越多的研究发现儿童OSAHS存在脑功能的改变,本文主要对儿童OSAHS的神经影像学研究进展进行综述. Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in children refers to a series of clinical syndromes that frequently occur part or all of the upper airway obstruction during sleep,disturb the normal sleep structure of children,and cause a series of pathophysiological changes.It also causes serious complications such as cognitive dysfunction and slow development.With the rapid development of neuroimaging technology,more and more studies have found that children's OSAHS has brain function changes.This article mainly reviews the progress of neuroimaging research on children's OSAHS.
