经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来人口学调查数据表明,我国目前正面临严重高龄化趋势,而冠心病又以老龄群体为主要发病对象,因此冠心病也逐渐成为我国临床高发疾病[1].关于本病的治疗原则以改变患者生活习惯、戒烟限酒、适当增加体育锻炼、积极药物治疗、血运重建治疗等,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗( PCI)在现阶段治疗冠心病的报道中展现出较好效果.本文针对此进行多方面总结,包括冠心病病理机制、PCI治疗优劣势以及前景展望,以期为临床后续科研提供思路.
