坐骨神经滑膜肉瘤误诊为腰椎间盘突出症1例分析

摘要 目的:分析坐骨神经滑膜肉瘤误诊为腰椎间盘突出症的原因及防范措施.方法:分析1例坐骨神经滑膜肉瘤误诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床表现、误诊原因、治疗情况.结果:根据臀部MRI图像确定临床治疗为手术综合性治疗,术中取活检定性及彻底清除肿瘤,术后诊断为左侧坐骨神经干肿瘤(梭形细胞恶性肿瘤).结论:对于反复腰痛伴左下肢疼痛渐进性加重患者,医师需予以仔细、全面查体以防止疾病误诊延误患者治疗.
