医护联合查房的实践与体会

目的:探讨医护联合查房的实践与效果.方法:每日早晨,责任护士与医生对病房的每一位患者进行床边医护联合查房.结果:医护联合查房落实了整体责任制护理,提高了护士的专业水平及临床护理能力,减少了护理差错,从而保证了医疗安全.结论:责任护士与医生联合查房,使医、护、患三方沟通更直接,护士对所管病人病情掌握更全面,执行医嘱更准确,提高了护理质量和患者满意度.

Objectives:To investigate the practice of combination of ward round and nursing round.Methods:Primary nurse and doctor perform combination of ward round and nursing round for each of patient every morning.Results:The combination of ward round and nursing round implemented primary nursing and improved the ability of nurse,it will also guarantee the safety of treatment.Conclusions:The combination of ward round and primary nursing round can make the communication between doctor,nurse and patient more effective.It improved the quality of nursing significantly[1].
