基于肿瘤护理的跨文化护理临床实践分析

目的:总结跨文化护理在临床肿瘤患者护理中的实践应用方法与效果.方法:将我院2017.3-2018.7期间收治的100例肿瘤患者纳入研究,常规护理的50例为对照组,常规护理+跨文化护理的50例为观察组,回顾分析护理效果.结果:对比护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分、临床护理满意评分,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05),存在统计学意义.结论:肿瘤患者在护理期间实施跨文化护理,有助于提高临床护理效果,改善患者睡眠状态.

Objective:To summarize the practical application methods and effects of cross-cultural numing in the care of clinical cancer patients.Methods:100 cases of cancer patients admiaed to our hospital during 2017.3-201 8.7 were included in the study.50 cases of routine nursing were the control group,and 50 cases of routine nursing+cross-cuhural nursing were the observation group.The nursing effect was retrospectively analyzed.Results:After comparing the anxiety score,depression score,sleep quality score and clinical nursing satisfaction score,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical signifi—cance.Conclusion:Inter-cultural care for patients with cancer during care can help improve clinical care and improve patient sleep.
