摘要
目的:在手术室实习护士带教中应用情景模拟培训的效果分析.方法:选取来我院手术室实习护士60名,采用传统带教的30名为对照组,采用情景模拟带教的30名为观察组.结果:观察组实习护士对带教老师满意度、理论操作考核成绩和技能操作成绩均优于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论:情景模拟培训应用在手术室实习护士带教中,能加快实习护士掌握专科理论知识和操作技能的速度,有利于提高带教质量.
Objective:An Analysis of the Effect of the Application of Scenario Simulation Training to the Practice Nurses in the Oper—ating Room.Methods:We selected 60 practice nurses from our operating room,30 control groups with traditional teaching,and 30 ob—servation groups with scene simulation teaching.Results:The student nurses in the observadon group were superior to the control group in the satisfaction,performance and skill performance of teaching teachem.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-siomThe application of scenario—simulation training to the practice nurses in the operating room can speed up the practice nurses to master the specialized theoretical knowledge and operational skills.
