婴幼儿辅食课堂的效果观察

摘要 目的:分析婴幼儿辅食课堂的效果.方法:研究对象为我院儿童保健系统中的12月龄婴幼儿,观察组95人规律参加我科辅食制作课堂,对照组95人接受常规喂养,回顾性分析两组婴幼儿体重及身长情况,对比两组婴幼儿家长对辅食添加相关知识的掌握情况.结果:对辅食添加知识了解程度得分,观察组家长得分为75±17分,对照组家长得分为67±18分,两组家长对辅食添加相关知识的得分存在统计学差异(Z=-5.617,P=0.00).结论:通过辅食课堂,家长不仅树立了科学的喂养观、为婴幼儿建立良好的进食行为,而且有效改善婴幼儿生长发育状况,值得广泛应用和推广. Objective:To analyze the effect of infant supplementary food classroom.Methods:The subjects of this study were 12一month old infants in the child health care system of our hospital.95 people in tlle observation group regularly attended the supple—mentary food preparation class of our department,and 95 people in the control group received routine feeding.The weight and body length of infants in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed,and their parents’mastery of supplementary food was compared.Re—suits:Score for supplementary food knowledge,The scores of parents in the observation group were 75+17,and those in the matched group were 67-+18.there were statistically significant differences in scores between the two groups(z=一5.617,P=0.00).Conclusions:that through supplementary food class,parents not only set up a scientific feeding concept and establish a good feeding behavior for infants,but also effectively improve the growth and development of infants,which is woIthy of wide application and promotion.
