2型糖尿病心血管并发症的早期预防护理

摘要 目的:分析在2型糖尿病患者的临床护理工作中,综合预防护理的实际应用效果.方法:选择我院在2017年3月~2018年1月收治的74例2型糖尿病患者为对象,将其随机均匀分成参照组与实验组,参照组患者接受常规预防护理,实验组患者则需在上述基础上接受综合预防护理干预,对两组患者出现心血管并发症的情况进行观察.结果:实验组患者出现心血管并发症的例数远少于参照组,相关数据对比后意义明显(P<0.05).结论:针对2型糖尿病患者的临床干预,综合预防护理的应用效果较好,值得在临床中推广.
