肠内营养支持在ICU压疮高风险患者中的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:研究ICU压疮高风险(Braden评分≤12分)患者实施肠内营养支持的临床价值.方法:纳入本院ICU(2017年03月-2018年06月)接收的Braden评分≤12分压疮高风险患者(n=90)作为研究对象,以随机抽签法为基准,分为实验组(n=45,实施肠内营养支持)、对照组(n=45,实施常规护理),对90例患者压疮发生率及营养指标评估.结果:压疮发生率:实验组压疮发生率低于对照组,但对比无差异(P>0.05).营养指标:实验组营养指标优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:ICU压疮高风险患者实施肠内营养支持的临床价值显著,可明显降低压疮发生率,值得借鉴.
