急诊急救护理对门诊输液患者突发病情变化的影响

Clinical Effects of Emergency Emergency Nursing on Sudden Changes in Outpatient Infusion Patients

目的:探讨对门诊输液患者采取急诊急救护理对于突发病情变化的临床影响.方法:选择我院在2017年8月~2018年8月收治的108例门诊输液患者,根据临床应用的方式不同分为实验组和对照组,各组54例.观察并统计两组患者的有关资料和信息,并且对比实验组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率以及护理满意度.结果:实验组不良反应发生率以及护理满意度均优于对照组,且对照均存在P<0.05,有统计学上的意义.结论:对门诊输液患者采取急诊急救护理,能够有效应对突发病情的变化.

objective:To explore the clinical effects of emergency emergency nursing on sudden changes in outpatient infusion patients.Methods:108 cases of outpatient infusion patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different clinical application methods,54 cases in each group.The data and information of the two groups of patients were observed and counted,and the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results:the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were better than that in the control group,and P<0.05 was found in the control group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:emergency emergency nursing for outpatient infusion patients can effectively cope with sudden changes in the disease.
