输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Ureteroscopy Combined with Holmium Laser in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Calculi

目的:探究输尿管软镜联合钬激光在上尿路结石治疗上的疗效和安全性.方法:选取2017年3月~2018年3月收治的80例上尿路结石患者,随机分入对照组、研究组并分别为其采取经皮肾镜取石术、输尿管软镜+钬激光碎石术.比较两组的临床疗效及并发症发生率.结果:研究组临床疗效95%,高于对照组的75%;研究组并发症发生率5%,低于对照组的25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:输尿管软镜联合钬激光在上尿路结石的治疗上具有显著疗效和高安全性.

objective:to explore the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods:a total of 80 patients with upper urinary calculi admitted from March 2017 to march 2018 were randomly assigned to the control group and the study group,and received percutaneous nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopy and holmium laser lithotripsy.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:the clinical efficacy was 95%in the study group,higher than 75%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the study group was 5%,lower than 25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of upper urinary calculi with ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser is effective and safe.
